Privacy Policy

dailyfmk is a daily web game operated by Foresight Solutions Group LLC, a New Jersey limited liability company ("we," "us"). This page explains what information we handle when you use dailyfmk.com, and the short version is: we collect as little as we can.

What we collect

• A random device ID. The first time you play, your browser generates a random identifier and stores it on your device. It is not linked to your name or any real-world identity. It lets us count your streak, remember a group you joined, and avoid counting your vote twice.
• Gameplay data. Your daily picks, predictions, ratings, and any group code you create or join — stored against that random device ID.
• Email — only if you give it. If you enter your email to get a daily reminder, we store it to send that reminder.
• Phone number — only if you give it. If you enter your number and opt in to SMS reminders, we store it and your consent. We send about one text a day; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to stop and HELP for help.
• Basic analytics. We count aggregate events (page views, plays, shares) to see what's working. These are counters, not profiles. We do not use third-party ad trackers, and we do not use cookies to follow you across other sites.

What we don't collect

We don't ask for your name, precise location, contacts, or payment information. We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with advertisers.

How we use it

To run the game (show how the crowd voted, leaderboards, your streak), to send only the reminders you asked for, and to improve dailyfmk.

Who we share it with

Only service providers who help us operate, and only what they need to do their job: our hosting and database provider (Deno Deploy), our SMS provider (Telnyx, only if you opt in to texts), and an email provider (only if you opt in to email). Browser push notifications, if you enable them, are delivered by your browser's own push service. We may disclose information if the law requires it.

Your choices

• Stop reminders. Unsubscribe from email using the link in any email; stop texts by replying STOP.
• Reset yourself. Clear your browser's site data for dailyfmk.com to erase the local device ID and start clean.
• Access or delete. Email hello@dailyfmk.com and we'll help with data tied to your device ID, email, or phone.
• Residents of California and similar states may have rights to access or delete personal information; contact us to exercise them.

Keeping and protecting it

We keep gameplay counters as long as we need them to run the game, and contact info until you opt out or ask us to delete it. We use reasonable measures to protect information, though no method is perfectly secure.

Age

dailyfmk is made for adults (18+). It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we revise this policy we'll update this page and the date at the top.
